01

Who is responsible

Newscast Media Group Ltd, company number SC469540, is responsible for the Care Circle Network publication. Privacy enquiries can be raised through the Care Circle contact route.

02

Visiting the website

The services delivering this website may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and security events. This is used to deliver, secure, diagnose and maintain the service.

Care Circle does not currently provide reader accounts or public comments. We do not sell reader personal information or turn reader activity into supplier sales leads.

03

Correspondence

If you contact us, we process the contact details, message and supporting material you provide to respond, assess an editorial matter, maintain an appropriate professional record or meet a legal obligation. Avoid sending special-category or highly sensitive information until a secure route has been agreed.

04

Editorial enquiries and briefing interest

The enquiry form stores your email address, optional name, chosen desk, message and submission time in the site database. This supports responding to your request and the publisher’s legitimate interests in operating the publication. Enquiries are removed after 180 days unless further correspondence needs a separate justified record.

Briefing interest is optional and requires a separate unticked consent box. We store the address, optional name, consent wording version, registration time and a hashed withdrawal token. It authorises contact about the editorial briefing service only, not supplier promotion or commercial messages. Registration is not an automatic newsletter subscription.

Keep the private withdrawal link shown after registration: it deletes the associated briefing-interest record. Registrations expire after twelve months. You may also contact the publisher to withdraw or request deletion. Expired records are removed when the next form submission is processed; no automatic daily deletion service is claimed.

Records are not public or available to suppliers. The infrastructure provider processes site storage for the publisher. We do not sell these details or transfer editorial enquiries into commercial prospect lists.

05

Cookies and future services

Care Circle does not intentionally use non-essential advertising or profiling cookies in the current publication. Essential delivery and security technologies may be used by service providers.

The briefing-interest form is a request to hear about a future editorial service. Actual mailing schedules, email delivery and any further reader services will be described before they operate. No advertising or behavioural analytics have been added.

06

Retention, sharing and rights

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose, security, journalistic record or legal requirement involved. Depending on the circumstances and applicable exemptions, UK data-protection rights may apply.
