01

Owner, operator and publisher

Care Circle Network is wholly owned, operated and published by FRONTIER INSIGHT GROUP LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 17529472. Care Circle Network is a publishing brand of that company, not a separate legal entity.

Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Our official publication is at carecirclenetwork.co.uk. Publisher enquiries can be verified through the contact page or frontierinsightgroup.co.uk.

This notice applies to the whole publication, including all Connected Systems, programmes, articles, reports, guides and the publisher’s downloadable resources, unless an item states different terms.

03

The Care Circle name, branding and association

The Care Circle Network name, logos and visual identity identify this publication and its publisher. We reserve the rights we hold in those identifiers and the goodwill associated with the publication.

Do not use our name, logos, masthead or a confusingly similar identity to present another publication, website, social account, email or service as ours. Do not present our reporting, programmes or client work as your own, or imply current ownership, authorisation, representation, endorsement or partnership without authority.

Truthful references to Care Circle Network remain permitted, including legitimate reporting, criticism and links. A previous commercial relationship does not, by itself, grant an unrestricted licence to our content or branding. Any separately agreed rights must be assessed under the agreement that created them.

Sponsoring, commissioning or contributing to a programme does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the publication or its identity, or grant rights in another contributor’s work. The relevant agreement determines any additional permission.

04

Reading, sharing and lawful quotation

You may read the publication, share direct links to its pages and print or save reasonable copies for your own reading or your organisation’s internal reference. Keep the source, publisher attribution and relevant publication or review dates with those copies.

Copyright exceptions, including fair dealing for quotation, criticism, review and other qualifying uses, remain available where their legal conditions are met. Nothing in these terms restricts a use that the law permits without our consent. Acknowledging the source alone does not make every use lawful.

Links must not misleadingly suggest endorsement or an authorised relationship. Please link to the original page so readers can see its context, sources and subsequent updates.

05

Editable worksheets and working packs

Unless an item states different terms, the publisher permits you to download, print and adapt its own worksheets and working packs for use within your organisation, including with professional advisers helping that organisation. You may complete and share those records within that working group. Keep the original publisher credit and distinguish your additions from our published guidance.

This permission does not include resale, public redistribution, commercial template libraries, removal of attribution or use of our branding to endorse your services. Ask us before republishing a pack or using it in a product or service for other organisations. Different terms apply to any separately licensed third-party material.

06

Republication, site copies and bulk extraction

Except where a legal exception or a separate licence applies, our permission is required to reproduce or adapt protected material for another website, newsletter, publication, product or service. This includes copying substantial parts of articles, reports, graphics or protected collections; translating or commercially repackaging them; and cloning or mirroring the site using its protected content, bespoke code or design assets.

We do not license bulk scraping, repeated extraction or reuse of protected content or databases to recreate this publication, build a competing content service or train a commercial system. Ordinary search-engine indexing, accessibility tools and uses permitted by law are not prohibited by this statement. Public access, a download link or a robots instruction is not a general republication licence.

Do not remove rights notices, falsely attribute authorship, or frame our pages within another site in a way that disguises the publisher. These restrictions concern the rights we actually hold; they do not create ownership of general sector knowledge or prevent independent reporting on the same subjects.

07

Request permission or report misuse

For a permission request, identify the page or asset, what you want to use, where it will appear, the audience and whether the use is commercial. Any additional permission must be confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of FRONTIER INSIGHT GROUP LIMITED. An enquiry or silence does not grant permission. A licence covers only the agreed use and does not transfer ownership or permit sublicensing unless expressly agreed.

To report suspected copying, impersonation or a misleading claim of association, send the original Care Circle URL, the other page or account address, the date observed and any screenshots or relevant correspondence. Please also use this route if you believe material we publish infringes rights you hold.

Using the publication responsibly

Our reporting and working records provide general sector information. Publication and review dates matter, and a page cannot determine an individual provider’s legal, clinical, insurance, technical or financial position. Take appropriate professional advice before acting on a matter that requires it. External links are provided for context and do not make us responsible for another site’s content.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricts mandatory consumer rights or overrides a separately agreed contract or licence. The terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that apply to you.

This version was published on 7 November 2026. Later revisions will carry their own date. A revision does not retrospectively withdraw rights already granted under a separate agreement.
