The enquiry form saves a message for the publisher. Choose Editorial, Corrections or General, and give a reply address. It does not send an automatic email acknowledgement. For urgent matters, use the telephone route.
The form accepts text only. Do not submit care records, health information, passwords or other sensitive personal information. Agree a secure route before discussing protected material.
Editorial evidence and contributions
Please identify the article or care-sector question involved and explain whether the information can be attributed, used as background or requires a confidential discussion.
Do not send confidential resident, employee, clinical or commercially sensitive material until an appropriate secure route has been agreed.
Corrections, privacy, accessibility and security
State the relevant desk clearly when contacting us so the enquiry can be triaged correctly. For a correction, include the page address and supporting evidence. For an accessibility issue, include the page and the format or adjustment that would help.
